We publish plain-language guides on peptide science, laboratory testing, and Certificates of Analysis. One focused guide lands in your inbox every week. We also maintain permanent reference pages: peptide compound guides and testing & COA education.
Why we exist
Peptides sit in a strange corner of the internet: enormous interest, genuine science, and relentless hype all mixed together. Marketing claims outrun the evidence, COAs get treated as decoration, and the loudest voices are usually selling something. Exact Peptide exists to be the quiet opposite — research-first, readable, and honest about uncertainty.
Who writes here
Exact Peptide is written and edited by Joey, with every factual claim checked against cited sources. See the editorial policy and sources and methodology pages for exactly how we evaluate and cite evidence.
Exact Peptide and Exactide
Exactide is a separate commercial research peptide brand, and we have an affiliate relationship with it. That relationship is disclosed wherever it is relevant, and it never shapes what we write: our education stands on its own, and we don't copy or repeat Exactide's product content. Where a testing concept is easier to explain with a real example, we may point to Exactide's published COA library as an illustration.
What we don't do
We don't publish medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing protocols, or promises of outcomes. Peptides sold for research are not approved for human use, and we write about them accordingly.
