About this peptide dosage calculator: enter your vial amount (mg or mcg), diluent volume, and target dose to get your reconstitution concentration in mg/mL and mcg/mL, the volume per dose in mL and syringe units (U-100, U-50, or U-40), and total doses per vial.

Calculator FAQ.

How do I calculate peptide concentration after reconstitution?

Divide the total peptide amount in the vial by the diluent volume you add. For example, 5 mg of peptide in 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL.

How many doses are in one vial?

Divide the total amount of peptide by your target dose. A 5 mg vial holds ten 500 mcg doses, for example. The calculator shows this automatically.

Which syringe type should I select?

U-100 insulin syringes are the most common for research use. The calculator converts your dose volume into syringe units for U-100, U-50 and U-40 syringes.

Is this calculator medical advice?

No — it is an educational tool for research use only. Nothing on Exact Peptide is medical advice.
